Cedar Wood Bakery started in 2012 as the owner recognized the need for local fresh pita pocket bread in the area.  Bassam Monzer, the owner of Atlanta's famous Mediterranean Bakery and Sandwich Shop, was importing large quantities of bread for that deli. He decided to bake his own bread, and offer to others nationwide the very best quality fresh pita pocket bread that he demanded for his own customers daily.

The equipment was specially designed for Cedar Wood Bakery.  Professional staff monitor ensure top quality, efficiency and freshness.
